NKULI SWANA qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000 and had his traineeship with Coopers and Lybrand (PWC). He has held
positions as a Chief financial officer for Meeg Bank and TNBS Mutual bank. Before joining Massmart Nkuli was the CFO of the University
of South Africa. He joined Massmart in Mach 2006 as the Executive assistant to The CEO and Deputy Chairman.
NYANI SWANA has a B Compt degree form the University of Transkei, traineeship from (Coopers and Lybrand) Price Waterhouse Coopers
and post graduate diploma in Taxation from Unisa and an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand. From 1997 to 2001 she had a consultancy
offering business advice and accounting services to SMMEs in the Eastern Cape. She was business advisor for Eskom on strategic and
financial management areas such as the balanced scorecard, productivity management, performance management and budgeting.
