The major focus of our business is the provision of structured training and employee competency interventions to various private and public organizations.

Our training solutions are mainly focused at improving on-the-job competency. In order to improve the impact of our training interventions we offer an integrated human capital solution which encompasses all the aspects of corporate performance that hinges on human resources.

We provide advisory solutions on some of the factors which impact on employees’ performance levels such as:

  • Quality of top leadership,
  • Corporate culture,
  • Availability of resources,
  • Recognition and reward systems etc.

Corporate culture can be a barrier or an enabler to performance and in most cases poor employee performance is a symptom of other organizational ills and not an indication of the employee’s capability. Hence we prefer a holistic approach to projects which requires involvement of management.

We partner with selected universities, colleges and other service providers in order to provide in order to provide high quality accredited training solutions.

We also develop accredited in-house training programs.  Our training programs vary from 1 day workshops to twelve month structured certificate programs, which offer classroom contact on a block release basis.
